The property is for sale freehold by sealed bid auction. The auction date will be at the end of September 08. An Open House Event will be arranged during September and anyone expressing interest will be invited to attend. You will be able to see the house and we will be available to answer any questions. Visitors to the Islands are welcome to arrange a visit at other times although we cannot guarantee that the downstairs flat will be available to view.
