The building was constructed in 1960's. It is of poured concrete construction. It is on three levels with a self contained house girl's flat on the garden level. The middle floor is currently rented to tourists at $500 to $750 per week. Over the last four (summer) months it has had 100% occupancy. The top floor/ road level is currently occupied by the owners. All windows are the original metal with strong burglar bars and insect nets. The house is protected by metal gates, strong burglar bars to all doors and windows and a CGB electronic alarm to windows and with room sensors.

 

There is a 1000 gallon water tank which collects rain water including a first flush rain diverter and various filters which ensure your water is pristinely clean and immune from water cuts or low pressure. Solar hot water system with back up emersion heater
